If staff complete a course in TLC, a green check-mark will appear in their calendar and Progress Report. Also, Managers will see a completion date in reports.
If staff did not receive their completion for a course they created, it could mean they did not complete all activities within a course.

Course set-up:
Courses in the training calendar and/or Mandatory Tutorials list, may contain more than one activity to complete before a course completion is awarded.
For example:
The course in the screenshot below shows two activities. Both of these activities need to be completed before a completion status is awarded for this course.
