If staff are having issues with playing back tutorials, normally this is due to the web browser application they are using.  Tutorials (also known as SCORM courses) are HTML based, so no flash is required.

NOTE:  SCORM courses are HTML based so no flash is required.

Solution 1:       Chrome is the recommended browser.  Using IE may cause issues.

Solution 2:       Ensure browser is up to date.

Solution 3:       Escalate to ORCA.
