TLC’s Compliance Meter quickly and easily shows the percentage of compliance that has been reached among users visible to you.  i.e. Administrators will see all staff, Department Manager will only see the staff for their department.  Corporate office Managers will see the organizational compliance.

Compliance is based on the programs that are assigned to your community, and do not include optional courses that your staff are enrolled into, or inactive profiles for your community.  This data represents the aggregation of percentages of staff program completion.

The Compliance Meter is updated at 1:00AM EST each day, therefore completions made throughout the day will not be reflected in the calculation until the scheduled daily update.

The Compliance Meter uses the following calculation:

(Total User Percent Results in Program A / Number of Users in Program A) +
(Total User Percent Results in Program B / Number of Users in Program B) +
(….)+ (Total User Percent Results in Program N / Number of Users in Program N) +
/Number of Unique Programs

Extracting information from the Compliance Meter:

The colour of the meter will change with the percentage of compliance.

Letter B pertaining to screenshot  You have the option of choosing to see compliance for the current month, year to date, or the entire year.

If you have visibility to more than one retirement property, you can choose to filter your results by individual property.  (Default is ‘All Sites’)

When you click on the compliance meter, you will be directed to the Program Completion report.  This report shows all staff that are visible to you and their percentage of compliance for each program.  Front line staff have their own compliance meter.  Your meter is based on your visibility in TLC.

*A program is the task that assigns courses to certain users in TLC depending on the criteria of the program. (e.g.: PSW’s will have the role of DC OPT that assigns the Care Program to them to receive the 6 x care tutorials automatically.)

By selecting any of filter icons ( ) at the top of each column, you are able to remove columns, sort ascending/decending and filter results.

Each column has a filter text box which allows for a quick search within that column. (i.e. user, program, status & percent complete).

You are able to print this program completion report by selecting the ‘Export to Excel’ button.  This automatically downloads an Excel copy of the onscreen report.

If you select one of the names, you will be redirected to their Progress report. (see screenshot below)

You have three different options for printing the Progress Report:

  1. File > Print.

  2. Pressing the ‘CTRL’ key and the letter ‘P’ on your keyboard at the same time.

  3. Right click anywhere on the progress report and select ‘Print’.

NOTE:  If you click on any of the courses in a progress report that is not your own, you will be seeing the course as yourself and not the employees' view.
