This report will show all course completions for your staff. You will only see staff that is associated with your role.

In your menu bar at the top of your home screen, Select My Reports/CrossTab/CrossTab.
There is a template you can use for ease of printing which includes all steps to run and utilize the template.

You have several options to filter your results:
- *If you have visibility of more than one site,
you can select the site for the report:
A1) Click the dropdown beside Site.
A2) Click on the site(s) you would like the report for.
(You will need to repeat for each site you would
like to include.)- You can also choose one or more employees to
include on the report:
B1) Click the dropdown beside Users.
B2) Click on the employee(s) you would like the
report for. (You will need to repeat for each
site you would like to include.)- You can also choose which courses to include in
the report:
C1) Click the dropdown beside Courses.
C2) Click on the course(s) you would like the report
for. (You will need to repeat for each site you
would like to include.)- If you would like a Report for a previous year:
D1) Click the dropdown beside Generate report for.
D2) Click on the year you would like the report for.
(You will need to run a separate report for each
year.)3
Click on Show to run the report.

Select the column headings to sort,
OR
Use the filter fields to narrow the results.
Use the three dots beside each column heading to select which column headings to include in your report. REMEMBER: The more column headings you add, the wider and larger the report becomes. It is recommended that you select no more than six column headings.

Select Export to Excel to download the report.
If you filtered/sorted any columns, the download file will reflect.
Use the CrossTab Report Template for ease of printing. Instructions are noted on the first tab of the template which can be downloaded directly from the CrossTab Report window.
If you have visibility for multiple sites, it is strongly recommended you filer the site to show one retirement residence at a time. This report is not recommended for multi-site visibility as the report may get too large to print.
