This report will show all course completions for your staff. You will only see staff that is associated with your role.

In your menu bar at the top of your home screen, Select My Reports/CrossTab/CrossTab.

You can leave the defaults to show all staff at your home on your report, or you can use several different options to filter your results:

To see only mandatory courses, select the box Program enrolments only.
Otherwise, you will see all courses staff are enrolled in. Mandatory compliance courses and self-enrolled optional courses. |

Click on Show to run the report. |

Select the column headings to sort, OR Use the filter fields to narrow the results.

If you filtered/sorted any columns, the download file will reflect. |

Use the CrossTab Report Template for ease of printing. Instructions are noted on the first tab of the template which can be downloaded directly from the CrossTab Report window.
If you have visibility for multiple sites, it is strongly recommended you filer the site to show one retirement residence at a time. This report is not recommended for multi-site visibility as the report may get too large to print.
