Are you having issues accessing The Learning Centre? Or, when launching tutorials, are they coming up blank?

If you receive the error ‘Website not found’ or ‘Error, please contact your Administrator’ when trying to get to The Learning Centre for Senior Living, or when trying to perform tasks within, it means your webpage is still trying to access the previous website.

If you are trying to view tutorials or other documents and all your seeing is a blank page, you will need to cache your internet files.

To fix both of these issues, your browser files must be cached and any bookmarks and/or favourites for The Learning Centre must be deleted and re-added with the correct website address of https://www.learningcentreforseniorliving.ca.

Google Chrome:

(Recommended Browser)

  4. Select checkbox ‘Cached images and files’ (this is the only one you need to do, uncheck all others if you don’t want to delete all history)
  5. Select ‘Clear browsing data’ button.
  6. Completely close the browser window to refresh settings.
  7. Open browser window and go to www.learningcentreforseniorliving.ca.

Creating a bookmark (saving as a favourite)

  1. Go to www.learningcentreforseniorliving.ca.
  2. At the top right, select the ‘Star’ icon.

This will automatically create a bookmark/favourite for you.

  1. Google Chrome will give you the option to bookmark to your quick link bar in your window or save to a folder.
  2. Select ‘Done’.

You will now have a quick link to get directly to The Learning Centre.
