Customizing Your Training Calendar

The training calendar that appears on the TLC home page can be customized by an Administrator profile to suit your business needs.

  1. At the left of your screen, select Administration > Site Administration > Courses > Training Calendar. 
  2.  

  1. Select the community calendar from the dropdown.
    *Choose the top level and do not customize by department as it will create more work for you in the future. 


  2. To change the position of a course to a certain month, select the dropdown beside the course and select the month for it to appear in your calendar.
  3. Select ‘Save Changes’.

The calendar is based on a hierarchy system.  This means, if you are a corporate office and change the calendar at the Corporate Office level, the changes will be done for all communities.  For site specific changes, please select that individual community.
