Uploading a Site Specific Policy
- Select the course from your training calendar, or by selecting Training / Mandatory Tutorials from the navigation bar and choosing a course from your list.
If the policy is not associated with a tutorial, you can use your SSP course. (See next section)
2. Select Turn editing on (at the top right of your screen).
3. Click on the "Add an activity or resource" hyperlink under ‘Site Specfic Policies’.
4. Select ‘File’ under the heading ‘Resources’.
5. Type in the Title of the policy in the name field and add a description if you would like one to appear.
6. Scroll to the Select files section. You can upload two different ways:

- Drag and drop the file into the Select files box, OR
- Click on the arrow to upload

- Type the title in the ‘Save as’ field.
- Select Choose file and navigate to the file on your computer.
c. Click Upload this file once you are back at the file picker screen.
7. Scroll to Activity completion and select:
Completion tracking: Show activity as complete when conditions are met
Require view: Student Must view this activity to complete it (this is a checkbox)
Expected Completion: Assign a due date.
8. Select Save and return to course.
9. Select Turn off editing.
